Mainline

You control mechs that have human pilots inside of them as you fight off swarms of mechs and difficult bosses, and if a pilot is down another pilot comes and finishes what he started until either you complete all your objectives or all your pilots are dead.

Story Overview

2 years after the fall of humanity from their greatest creation, Mainline, a global AI system that was created for the sole purpose of protect humanity turned on its masters. But not all has fallen, a small group managed to survive this catastrophe and after great consideration have decided that defeating Mainline was impossible with their current number, so they elected to escape Earth. Unfortunately some people will need to sacrifice their lives for this mission, and you play as the pilots as you face off against Mainline's forces.
